Sip 'N PAINT

STEPS FOR SUCCESS

1. Decide on the Sip 'N Paint class date and choose your design from the Face-2-Face Sip 'N Paint section.

2. Have your guests (minimum of 5, maximum of 10) pay for their materials online. Remember to tell your guests which design it is!

3. Send me an email createdbybarbara@gmail.com with the address for your Sip 'N Paint. Please include:

  • Number of Guests (including yourself)
  • Address for Sip 'N Paint location
  • Host/Your phone number 

4. You provide tables, chairs, and water.

5. I will provide the canvases with pre-drawn design, easels, brushes, paints, aprons, water containers, paper towels, and step-by-step instructions. 

After the Sip 'N Paint, the artist/instructor will retain the: easels, aprons, water containers, and extra paper towels.

Q. What are the prices for a class?    All classes are $35 per person

Q. What is provided?     20” x 16”x 5/8" gallery wrapped canvases with pre-drawn design, easels, brushes, paints, aprons, water containers, paper towels, and step-by-step instructions from a professional artist who will lead you in the creation process. 

Q: Is there an age limit?     Yes. All classes are for ages 17 and older. NO infants, toddlers, or children under 17 in any session. You must be 21 years old with proper ID to consume alcoholic beverages per Maryland Law. We reserve the right to ask for ID.

Q: What do I wear?     Wear what is comfortable for you. We have aprons to protect your clothing, but please wear something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.

Q: At what time should I arrive for class?     15 to 30 minutes prior to class so that you have time to unwind, get your drinks and food before we get started. Please note, we start on time and any latecomers will be responsible for getting themselves caught up. 

Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?     Yes. If there are a few damp places, there are blow dryers to dry them quickly.

Q. Is there a class size limit?     Yes, a minimum 5 registered guests and maximum 10 guests. If less than 5 guests are registered, the class will be cancelled and a refund will be made. 

Q. Can I select more than one design? No.  ONLY ONE DESIGN PER CLASS

Q. May I pay for my class in cash at the event?      No. All seats are paid for online using this website.

Q: Can my friends hang out and NOT paint?      We CAN NOT accommodate attendees who do not paint. You are welcome to purchase a seat and not paint :-]

Q. What is your cancellation policy?     Cancellations must be made no less than 49 hours before the event to receive refunds. Cancellations made less than 49 hours will NOT receive refunds.

Email createdbybarbara@gmail.com 49 hours or more before the event and the email will be time stamped. Refunds will be processed within 30 days using PayPal.

Steps For Success

1. Please carefully note the select days and times for each design.

2. There is no minimum number of guests but there is a maximum of 30 guests. Select a class from the Virtual Sip 'N Paint section.  

3. Materials are mailed one week before each class. Please fill out the shipping address carefully because this is where the materials will be mailed. 

4. You need a table, plastic or newspaper to cover the table, a chair, a container with water, and paper towels.

5. I will mail the canvas with pre-drawn design, 3 brushes, paint, and Google Meet instructions. Step-by-step instruction will be provided through Google Meet.

I WILL NOT be mailing an easel, apron, water container, or paper towels.

Q: What do I wear?     Wear what is comfortable for you, something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on. Aprons are not provided.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?     Materials can NOT be returned once the mailer has been opened. All art materials have been packed carefully using ULINE Shipping Supply Specialists' materials.
